Meditation - Day 13 - Heart Chakra - Heal Your Heart and Find Love

This is day 13 of the 30 day meditation challenge for beginners, so that you can learn how to meditate if you are completely new to meditation, improve our health for future.

Your heart chakra, Anahata, is the center for love and compassion, and you need to heal and balance your heart so that you can give and receive love. Your heart chakra allows you to feel unconditional love, but if your chakra is closed or overactive, it can create imbalance and make you either emotionally cold or too love seeking. So balance your chakra and heal your heart with this guided heart chakra meditation for beginners.

So open and heal your heart and allow yourself to love so that you can find love in your life and feel like you deserve to be loved. This will help you attract love in your life and attract by the law of attraction great people into your life, with whom you can share your love, future health.
